當(dāng)有一個蘑菇頭按鈕松開或兩個蘑菇頭按鈕都松開的時候,閥的輸出為低電平,表現(xiàn)為滑塊靜止。單次模式在此模式下,壓力機(jī)只能完成一次下壓過程,而不能連續(xù)下壓兩次。閥的輸出不僅和雙手控制臺的按鈕狀態(tài)有關(guān),同時也受限位開關(guān)OTS、UN的控制:
當(dāng)雙手控制臺的兩個蘑菇頭按鈕同時被按下并保持按下狀態(tài)時,閥的輸出為高電平,表現(xiàn)為滑塊運(yùn)動;
1326AB-B520E-M2L電機(jī)一旦壓力機(jī)完成了一次下壓的過程,無論按鈕松開與否,只要OTS限位開關(guān)到達(dá)凸輪1的A1點(diǎn)或UN限位開關(guān)到達(dá)凸輪2的A2點(diǎn)(從未觸發(fā)狀態(tài)到觸發(fā)狀態(tài))時,即啟動停止行程,閥的輸出為低電平,表現(xiàn)為滑塊緩慢停止運(yùn)行,最后停止于上死點(diǎn)(TDC)處。
當(dāng)雙手控制臺的兩個按鈕都被松開、輸入復(fù)位后再次同時被按下時,則滑塊重復(fù)上述過程。
③連續(xù)模式
在此模式下,閥的輸出不僅和雙手控制臺的按鈕狀態(tài)有關(guān),同時也受限位開關(guān)OTS、UN的控制:
當(dāng)雙手控制臺的兩個蘑菇頭按鈕同時被按下并保持按下狀態(tài)時,伐的輸出為高電平,表現(xiàn)為滑塊運(yùn)動,壓力機(jī)連續(xù)不斷地進(jìn)行下壓工作;
當(dāng)有一個蘑菇頭按鈕松開或兩個蘑菇頭按鈕都松開時,伐的輸出仍為高電平,壓力機(jī)完成此次下壓過程。當(dāng)OTS限位開關(guān)到達(dá)凸輪1上的A1點(diǎn)(或UN限位開關(guān)到達(dá)凸輪2上的A2點(diǎn))時,伐的輸出由高點(diǎn)平轉(zhuǎn)為低電平,表現(xiàn)為滑塊逐漸停止運(yùn)動,最后停止于上死點(diǎn)處。
輸入復(fù)位后、雙手控制臺的兩個按鈕再次被同時按下時,滑塊重復(fù)上述過程。
④連續(xù)自動模式
在此模式下,閥的輸出受以下三個因素影響:
- 雙手控制臺的按鈕;
- 限位開關(guān)OTS、UN狀態(tài);
- 其它安全保護(hù)裝置的狀態(tài)。
其運(yùn)行規(guī)律為:
當(dāng)雙手控制臺的兩個蘑菇頭按鈕同時被按下后(無論保持按下狀態(tài)或是松開),閥的輸出為高電平,表現(xiàn)為滑塊運(yùn)動,壓力機(jī)連續(xù)不斷地進(jìn)行下壓工作;
